However, if the artwork you purchase simply doesn’t work with your decor, or is a gift that needs to be returned, here is how to return it.
Our primary goal is that you’re happy with artwork purchased from us. In the event you’re not, simply notify us, and we’ll assist you on what steps to take to receive a full refund.
- Buyers have a full week (7 days) from the time you receive an item to return it. No hassles, and no questions asked.
- Free returns are not available for items damaged in shipping. These returns will be processed through the shipping service as an insurance claim.
- Items must be returned via a trackable and insured shipping service, and all tracking information must be provided to Gallery 360 upon shipping.
- All returned items are subject to approval by Gallery 360 to ensure the artwork is not damaged in any way.
