This show is open to SWA Members and entries will be juried for acceptance into the
Exhibition. Due to the venue space, we are limiting artists to 2 pieces and artists will be
notified by July 13th, via email, if one or both of their entries have been accepted into the
Exhibition. As art pieces are sold during the Vancouver Art & Music dates (Aug 7-9) artists will
be contacted to replace sold work with wait-listed pieces.

Exhibition Guidelines:

• Exhibition Dates: Aug 7 – Sep 30, 2026

• Application fee: $20 for up to two entries. The application fee is non-refundable whether or not your art is accepted into the exhibition

• All art is to be for sale (pricing range: $150  - $1,500

• As with all Gallery 360 venues, SWA will retain a 20% commission fee on all sold works

• Accepted Media: 2D, 3D and Photography

• Maximum size: 2D & Photography: 20x26 inches, including frame (portrait or landscape orientation)

• 3D art will be displayed on a pedestal, no hanging 3D can be accommodated. For security reasons, 3D art will be exhibited only during the festival (Aug 7-9) and must be picked up on Sunday, August 9 at 3:00pm

• Accepted art must be original art that is primarily aesthetic. No Giclee, Print or Canvas copies of original 2D Art (exception is Digital and Photography)

• No AI generated art or work copied from old masters, other artists, or from copyrighted or published materials without permission. No work produced in step-by-step instruction classes or workshops

• Show managers reserve the right to determine whether art is appropriate

Hanging Requirements:

• Maximum hanging size for 2D and Photography is 20 x 26 inches, including frame (portrait and landscape orientation accepted)

• Art must be dry, framed appropriately or on gallery wrapped canvas or board, and fitted with a wire that is 3 inches below the top of the frame and not visible above the top of the frame when hung. No sawtooth hangers or clips.

Pieces not following these hanging guidelines will not be accepted.

Art Drop-Off: Sunday, August 2nd from 12:00pm – 2:00pm, Hilton, Level 2
Art Pick -Up: Hilton, Level 2
2D and Photography: September 30th , artists will receive an email with specific time
3D: Sunday, August 9th at 3:00pm
Artists Reception: Saturday, August 8, 5:00pm – 6:00pm, Hilton, Level 2
