My artistic development has followed an exploratory path, initially beginning with watercolors in grade school and progressing through various mediums such as rug hooking, needlepoint, and other crafts before returning to watercolor.​
Continued experimentation led me to abstract acrylic painting. My practice is fundamentally rooted in the use of color and form, which are frequently drawn from inspiration rather than direct representation.​
